Welcome to our new Net Salaries website.

The new year is right around the corner, along with its potential for profit and success.

Will you be ready for it?  What will you do?

Regardless of how well or how badly you did in 2011, it’s in the past.

The question you should be asking yourself right now is… What can I do to make 2012 a better year?

In upcoming posts, I’ll be sharing some ideas about how you can really make sure that 2012 is your best year yet.

Making a six figure Net Salary is not “pie in the sky” if you plan ahead and learn lessons from the past.

  • First, Look Back and Take Stock Of Your Accomplishments …

Listing your achievements is a great way to remind yourself that you are ultimately in charge of your destiny.

This doesn’t necessarily have to be about your business. It could be that you’re proud of the fact that you spent a lot more time with your family or that you successfully negotiated the pitfalls of the stock market and made a profit.  Or, that you finally stopped smoking. The point is to list your achievements.

  • Next, Look Back and Make Note Of Your Disappointments …

What were your biggest disappointments over the past year?

You will never grow the way you want to unless you become aware of the disappointments and failures from your past.   It is important to take those lessons to heart.

Remember, because your disappointments are in the past you can’t do anything about them now.

What is done, is history and can’t be reversed.  However, it’s never too late to do something about the future.

The goal is to learn lessons from your failures, disappointments or setbacks and apply them to your future decisions.

  • Make A List Of Lessons Learned

Spend some time looking at your accomplishments and disappointments, then ask yourself what you have learned.

This takes some courage and time to accomplish.

When you take stock of your achievements, ask yourself why you were  able to accomplish them. What were the reasons for your success?  What helped you along?  Look for similarities in how you achieved your goals and list them.

When you look at your failures during the past year, ask yourself why and what you could have done differently to change the outcome.  What can you do different in the future to prevent the same disappointments.

It’s like peeling away the skin from an onion.  Try to uncover exactly why things happened the way they did and then learn form your experiences.

Most people learn that by changing the behaviors that caused their past disappointments or improving on the behaviors that lead to their achievements, their chances of succeeding in future endeavors will be greatly improved.

Net Salaries will do our best to help you all achieve a successful 2012.
